The business of healthcare service provision has evolved to a point that corporate compliance programs are now necessary and desirable in all provider settings. Because of our reputation for excellent service provision and the outstanding dedication of our employees and physicians, we are confident that the enthusiastic participation of each member of our organization will ensure success of the program, and we anticipate that it will be among the finest to be found anywhere in the industry.
All Employees, Physicians, Patients, Residents, or any other Customers, who have questions or complaints, or who suspect or have knowledge of any Corporate Compliance Program Violations are encouraged to utilize the options outlined below, to report such concerns. These communication channels have been established by the Jackson General Hospital Corporate Compliance Program to facilitate violation reporting in a confidential, retaliation – free environment.
If you have concerns about the safety and quality of care, please address these concerns with your Supervisor or the CCO/Patient Safety Officer. You may also report these issues through the occurrence reporting system. These issues may also be reported to the Joint Commission. No disciplinary action will be taken against staff reporting quality/compliance concerns to the CCO, Joint Commission, or OHFLAC.
