Cindy Casto

Physical Therapy Clerk

Cindy started working at JGH in the fall of 2001. Since being at the hospital she has worked in the business office, registration and has been with the PT department since the fall of 2007.

Tara Swatzel, PTA

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Tara received her associate’s degree in Physical Therapy from Hocking College in 2015. Tara joined the JGH team in May of 2016. Tara has special interests in soft tissue massage techniques and treatments.

Matt Walton, PTA

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Matt received his associate’s degree in Physical Therapy from Washington State Community College in 2010. Matt joined the JGH team in the June 2015.

Jesse Mowery, PTA

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Jesse received his associate’s degree in Physical Therapy from Hocking College in May 2014. Joined the JGH team in August 2014. Special interests in knee and shoulder rehabilitation.

Sue Overmiller, PT

Licensed Physical Therapist

Sue graduated with her BSAS from the University of Delaware in 1981 with a certificate in Physical Therapy. She worked in home health for 32 years and most recently at Charleston Gardens ALF for 2 years prior to joining our JGH team in February 2015. Sue has special interests in gait & balance.

Chelsea Fisher, DPT

Licensed Physical Therapist

Chelsea is a graduate of Ripley High School Class of 2009. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from WVU in 2013 and her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from WVU in 2016. She joined the JGH team in June 2016. Chelsea has special interest in lower extremity cases, athletic population, and geriatrics. 

Shannon Tennant, PT, BS

Licensed Physical Therapist

Shannon received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University and her masters in Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University. Shannon has been with JGH since 2013. She had previously worked at Holzier Clinic in Ohio Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. Her special interest areas are ankle sprains and general orthopedics.

Kelly Fluty, PT MS, ATC

Director of Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Licensed Physical Therapist

Kelly received her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from WVU in 2001 and her master’s degree in physical therapy from the university of Indianapolis in 2003. Kelly had worked at Thomas memorial hospital for 2 years prior to joining the JGH team in 2005. Kelly has special interests in sports medicine with experience at the high school & collegiate levels.
