JOB DESCRIPTION:Perform a variety of chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests and procedures and related duties to obtain data for use in the diagnosis and treatment of disease, following established standards of practices.
REQUIREMENTS: One to two years of general laboratory experience preferred. Bachelor or Associate degree in medical technology, or related science from an accredited school. Certified as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician. WV license required.
JOB TITLE: Registration Clerk STATUS: Part time DEPARTMENT: Business Office/Registration WORKING HOURS: Must be able to work ALL shifts as needed (including weekends, nights and holidays) Registration staff are needed 7/24/365.
JOB DESCRIPTION:Greets and interviews all patients or legal guardians to obtain personal patient information for the registration process and electronic medical record requirements. Providing excellent customer service; including switchboard duties. Collecting point of service co-payments and scanning documents.
REQUIREMENTS:High school Diploma or GED required. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Basic keyboarding and computer skills to include but not limited to required Web based systems, Meditech. Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology, attention to detail, spell accurately and ability to perform mathematical calculations, balance and reconcile figures. Hospital based or physician office related experience helpful.
JOB TITLE: Licensed Practical Nurse STATUS: Per Diem DEPARTMENT: Rotating in all clinics as needed
JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides appropriate professional nursing care to groups of patients of all ages with a variety of diseases and/or diagnosis. Strives to improve patient care and patient outcomes. Understands the nursing process and standards of nursing care. Collaborates with all members of the healthcare team in an effective manner. Prepares charts and physical facilities for patient visits. Assists with medical procedures during patient visits. Provides routine medical advice to patients by phone. Establishes helpful, friendly relationship with patients.
REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current WV license. Current CPR, BLS.
REQUIREMENTS: CNA license. High School Education or equivalent. Current CPR. Previous patient care experience required.
JOB SUMMARY: Is responsible for basic nursing care. Functions with other members of the nursing staff in the performance of nursing care, selected nursing procedures and related activities under the direction of the registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
JOB TITLE: RN STATUS: Full-time DEPARTMENT: Med/Surg WORKING HOURS: 7A-7P shift, as scheduled
JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides care to groups of patients of all ages with a variety of diseases and/or diagnosis. Strives to improve patient care and patient outcomes. Understands the nursing process and standards of nursing care. Collaborates with all members of the healthcare team in an effective manner.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be a licensed RN in the State of West Virginia. Must be able to provide appropriate and supportive care to patients from pediatrics to geriatrics with various medical/surgical conditions. Current BLS required. ACLS and PALS preferred. Proven competency in safety such as preventing med errors, adverse drug reactions, patient falls, blood transfusions, pain management and “exceptional” customer service. One-year experience as a staff nurse preferred. Communicates in a clear manner both verbally and in writing. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
